Everyone sells the search. Nobody sells the window.

Searching collective agreements is free and commoditised. Sorting them by term date is not: it turns a public archive into a dated list of clients to call.

Frequently asked questions

Why does an expiring agreement matter?
A fixed-term company agreement stops producing effects at its term. Anything the employer wants to keep has to be renegotiated, which is a billable act and a natural reason to call the client.
What is the three-month window?
Renegotiation is customarily opened in the three months before the term, so that the new agreement can be filed before the old one lapses.
Where does this data come from?
From the ACCO database of company agreements published by the DILA (Légifrance) on data.gouv.fr, under Open Licence 2.0.
