The number nobody else publishes

Non-publication is usually estimated from average filing rates, so it is never nominative. Here it is deduced from a verifiable fact: 2 671 companies filed the 2024 index and do not appear in the 2025 one. It stays labelled probable, because leaving the obligation produces the same signal.

Frequently asked questions

Who must publish the gender equality index?
Every company with at least 50 employees, by 1 March each year, for the previous calendar year. The score is out of 100 and must be published on the company website.
What happens below 75?
The company has three years to reach 75 through corrective measures. Failing that, the labour inspectorate can impose a financial penalty of up to 1% of the payroll (art. L1142-10 of the Labour Code).
Where does this data come from?
From the official index published by the Ministry of Labour on data.gouv.fr, under Open Licence 2.0. It is republished daily.
