Art. 3Intellectual property: reproduction prohibited

The entire Solvenda website and each of its components (including, without limitation: the architecture, source code, interfaces, texts, articles, data, analyses, scores, tables, charts, images, illustrations, logos, icons, visual identity, typography, brand names and all original works) are the exclusive property of INEYA Studio or of third parties having granted it a licence, and are protected by intellectual property law, trademark law and database law.

No reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, translation, publication, transmission, distribution, extraction, reuse or exploitation, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means whatsoever, of this website or any of its components is permitted without the prior express written consent of INEYA Studio. In particular, the following are prohibited: any substantial extraction or reuse of the database content; any scraping, harvesting, automated mass indexing, mirroring, or use of the content to train artificial intelligence models or systems, without prior written authorisation; and any use of INEYA Studio’s or Solvenda’s trademarks, names, logos or distinctive signs.

Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement (contrefaçon) punishable under Articles L.335-2 and L.335-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code, without prejudice to any civil action for damages. INEYA Studio reserves the right to take any action against any infringer.

Art. 4Trademarks

“INEYA”, “Solvenda” and the associated logos and distinctive signs are trademarks and/or names reserved for INEYA Studio. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Art. 5Personal data

INEYA Studio, as data controller, processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, exercisable by e-mail at contact@ineya.studio or by post to the registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr). Details are set out in our privacy policy.

The website may use cookies for operational, audience-measurement and, where applicable, personalisation purposes. Non-essential trackers are only set after your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

INEYA Studio strives to keep the information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee its completeness or accuracy. The information is provided for guidance only and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting or professional advice. INEYA Studio shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from access to or use of the website.

This legal notice is governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to the use of the website falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of INEYA Studio’s registered office, subject to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
