The principle
A Solvenda subscription can be cancelled at any time and stops billing at the next renewal. There is no lock-in, no exit fee and no termination penalty.
What is refunded
- A duplicate charge, or a charge after cancellation: fully refunded within fourteen days.
- An outage longer than forty-eight consecutive hours attributable to the Provider: pro-rata refund on request.
- An accidental subscription reported within seven days without significant use: full refund.
What is not refunded
- The elapsed part of a cancelled period: the Service was available during it.
- An annual subscription past the seven-day window, absent an outage attributable to the Provider.
- Dissatisfaction with the content of the public data the Service relies on, whose accuracy is outside the Provider's control.
- The absence of a commercial or administrative outcome: no such outcome is promised anywhere.
How to ask
Email contact@ineya.studio from the account address with the payment reference. A reasoned reply follows within seven business days; refunds are made to the original payment method within fourteen days.
If disagreement persists
As the Service is business-only, consumer mediation does not apply; the Paris Commercial Court has exclusive jurisdiction.
