A company’s insolvency risk index
Enter a SIREN: Solvenda cross-checks it against the official BODACC and computes a severity index (0 to 100) for any published insolvency procedure, with the claim deadline. No account, transparent formula, nothing stored.
Indicative index based on official BODACC publications. Solvenda is a monitoring tool, not legal advice nor a financial rating. Always verify the original notice.
How the index is computed
No black box. The index scores the severity of the procedure actually published in the BODACC for this SIREN, from three verifiable signals:
- The type of procedure: liquidation (80) is graver than receivership (58), safeguard (38) or closure (10).
- How recent the publication is: a procedure opened a few days ago weighs more (up to +15).
- The urgency of the claim deadline: two-month countdown before forfeiture (up to +8).
Score capped between 0 and 100. It measures the severity of a detected procedure, not a probability of future bankruptcy. Source: BODACC / DILA.
